Sweet Summer Inspiration: Lavender Lemonade & London Fog Cookies

Lavender Lemonade
This refreshing drink is light, citrusy, and perfect for warm summer afternoons.
Ingredients
¾–1 cup Sidewalk Blooms Lavender Sugar
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6–8 lemons)
14 cups cold water
Directions
Dissolve the lavender sugar in 1 cup of warm water.
Stir in the fresh lemon juice.
Add the remaining cold water.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
Tip: Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of lavender for an extra special touch.
Single-Serving Lavender Lemonade
Want just one glass? This easy version is perfect for an afternoon treat.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1–2 teaspoons Sidewalk Blooms Lavender Sugar
8 ounces cold water
Ice, for serving
Directions
Add the lavender sugar to a glass.
Pour in the lemon juice and stir until the sugar begins to dissolve.
Add the cold water and stir well.
Fill the glass with ice and enjoy!
Tip: Start with 1 teaspoon of lavender sugar and add more to taste. Garnish with a lemon slice or a sprig of lavender for a beautiful finishing touch.
London Fog Cookies
These buttery Earl Grey tea cookies rolled in lavender sugar quickly became a customer favorite at our market booth.
